Project Description

120 East 81st Street, Suite 8H is a four bedroom, four-and-a-half bath apartment located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The design of the residence included an open concept kitchen and dining room visually linked to the living room through an expanded central foyer. The bedrooms featured custom wardrobe millwork, and the bathrooms have custom stone vanities sconces, and floor to ceiling tile. The apartment features an office suite with custom designed furniture that expands through pocketed translucent glass panel doors to the main living room. The kitchen includes fully integrated appliances with a separate pantry and laundry facility. The former disconnected series of spaces are all centrally located around a foyer that clarifies circulation and opens sightlines between the various public rooms.
